Does Mucus Come During Or Before Ovulating From Experience, What Do You Notice When You're Ovulating?

From experience, what do you notice when you're ovulating? - does mucus come during or before ovulating

If the mucus proteins occur in the rule, during or after ovulation?
If the cervix higher? Before ovulation? done?
I'm eager to see how it worked for most of you.
I am currently on CD 13 I had EWCM on the 10th and havent since.
My neck is now very high again (day 13). We have seen today a change, and I also have slight cramps.
Should I assume I ovulate today, despite the lack of EWCM? It is white and sticky now.
